PR/118281 | Japanese Production Interpreter

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Japanese Interpreter for all factory and business communication (meetings, calls, emails, documentation).

• Facilitate clear and effective communication between Japanese management and all Thai staff (internal staff, operations, engineering) and external clients.

• Translate and interpret technical documents, manuals, and production-related discussions with precision.

• Utilize your prior production experience to assist with daily factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow and troubleshooting communication issues on the floor.

• Prepare for future factory leadership by observing operations and assisting management with various reporting and coordination tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any related field.

• More than 10 years of experience in any production function from the manufacturing site.

• Able to travel from and to site.

• Able to work 1 Saturday a month.

• Able to work well under pressure and with a well-managed and dynamic style.

• Japanese proficiency level N2 or above.
