仕事内容：
本ポジションでは、製品の応用開発、製品の有効性試験、特許出願などの製品開発業務を主導します。また、新製品の開発機会を追求し、既存製品の改善にも取り組みます。
【具体的には】
・R&Dチーム、外部の研究機関、その他のイノベーションパートナーの業務を計画・管理・評価する
・製品の応用開発、有効性試験、臨床試験、知的財産ポートフォリオ管理、製品登録、規制対応など、新製品開発に関する業務を管理する
・消費者テストを含む新製品開発の可能性について調査を行う
・業界の技術的進展やトレンドを常に把握する
・シンガポール国内外の研究機関とのパートナーシップを推進・管理する
・顧客やパートナーとの技術的な議論において、商業チームを支援する
・技術供給元からの技術移転、ラボ作業、仕様開発などを含むパイロットプラント開発を支援する
・予算と期限内に高品質なR&D成果を提供する
応募資格：
【必要条件】
・大卒（食品関連であれば尚よし）
・食品科学のバックグラウンドを持ち、研究・製品開発・製品応用の経験があること
・関連分野（飲食、パーソナルケア、栄養など）で10年以上の実務経験
・スタートアップマインドセットを持っていること
・分析的思考力、優れたリーダーシップおよびコミュニケーション能力
・日常会話レベル以上の英語力
