Position: Risk Management and Compliance Manager

Risk Management:

• Develop and continuously enhance risk management policies, frameworks, procedures, and guidelines to support effective enterprise-wide risk oversight.
• Assist in the development and tracking of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program.
• Partner with various business units to identify and address key risks.
• Promote a strong risk-aware culture throughout the organization by raising awareness and encouraging proactive risk management practices.

Compliance Management:

• Serve as the Secretary to the Compliance Committee, ensuring smooth coordination and accurate documentation.
• Design and execute the annual compliance plan and monitoring activities, with regular updates to senior leadership.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with the organization’s Code of Conduct and manage the Whistleblowing System effectively.
• Drive compliance awareness initiatives to educate and engage employees at all levels.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Risk Management and Corporate Governance.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role, demonstrating a strong track record in leading teams and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.
• In-depth understanding of the COSO Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Proven ability to work effectively across functions and build collaborative relationships.
