Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Apply Japanese project management methodologies to maintain compliance and excellence.
• Manage project risks, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Act as the primary liaison between Japanese stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Proactively address scope changes and delivery challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for account growth.

• Proven experience in managing full-cycle software delivery for large-scale clients.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and best practices in project execution.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred).
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Cross-cultural experience, particularly with Japanese business environments.
• Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master is a plus
