Our client is a new set up MNC in chemical manufacturing based in Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang.
Job Responsibilities
To be the pioneer of the first facilities in Malaysia.
To report to Director in Malaysia and in HQ.
To manage the entire human resources division including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment policies and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
Degree holder.
5 years experience in HR preferably in manufacturing industry.
Familiar with local labour policies and regulations.
Good communication skills.
