2008年、株式会社マルハンはカンボジアに商業銀行を設立して、海外金融事業の取り組みを開始しました。事業開始に際し、実際にアセアン諸国に足を運び、現地市場の視察を精力的に実施しました。そこでは、世界平均を上回る成長率と民間消費の急拡大を肌で感じることができた一方で、銀行口座を持たない、金融にアクセスがない国民の皆様が多数存在しているという事実にも気が付きました。そこに大きなビジネスチャンスがあると感じ、アセアン諸国において積極的に金融事業を行う準備を進めることとしました。

未成熟な監査の調整
