【従業員数】
・日本人：2名（Managing Director、工場長）
・インド人マネージャー／アシスタントマネージャー：計6名
・その他作業員スタッフ：約170名
【業務内容】
電磁炉鋼板コイルやモーターコアを製造する工場にて、以下のような業務を担当していただきます。
・現地工場における生産技術・製造工程の改善活動
・現場での品質管理・安全管理・生産効率化の推進
・インド人エンジニア・作業員への指導・教育
・顧客からの要求に基づく技術的な課題解決
・日本本社や関連会社との技術的な調整・レポーティング
※具体的な業務範囲はご経験に応じて柔軟に調整いたします

・モータ製造会社経験者
・金属プレス加工経験者
・自動車部品メーカー経験者(一次メーカーより二次/三次クラスを希望)
＜歓迎経験・スキル＞
・インドでの就業経験
・業務上の意思疎通ができるレベルの英語力
・インドカレーを毎日食べられる方（文化・環境に順応でき、インドでの生活に前向きに取り組める方）
