職務内容
【業務内容】
・組織・人材分野（組織変革・人材開発等）に関するコンサルティングプロジェクトの企画立案・実行支援
・クライアント課題の把握から提案書作成、プレゼンテーションを通じた案件獲得活動
・組織・人事領域のキーパーソンとのリレーションマネジメントによる新規機会創出
条件・待遇
【休日・休暇】
