- 医療・科学的な専門知識を活かした社内外での情報提供・意見交換
- 医療戦略やライフサイクルプランの立案・実行支援
- 医療従事者や学会との非プロモーション活動を通じた関係構築
- 医療ニーズや課題の把握と、それに基づく活動計画の策定
- 医療教育プログラムの企画・実施
- 社内部門との連携によるブランド戦略への科学的支援

- 英語・日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC730点以上）
- 医療倫理・コンプライアンスへの理解と遵守意識
- 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できる協調性と柔軟性
