【具体的な職務内容】
・当社CTOや他の研究員との議論、合議の上、研究開発を遂行
・既に確立されている大腸菌を用いた植物二次代謝産物の実用化を目指した研究
・植物二次代謝産物生産を志向した一次代謝産物高生産プラットフォームの開発
・大腸菌を用いたまだ生産できていない植物二次代謝産物の生産系の開発
・遺伝子発現バランスの不安定化原理の解明とその最適化
・新規発現系の開発
・長鎖DNAのゲノム挿入系の確立
・タンパク質発現毒性メカニズムの解明と耐性菌の作製
・植物二次代謝産物のライブラリー化
・新規植物遺伝子の単離
・その他、得られたデータ、環境等による新しい研究テーマの設計、遂行
・データ整理、報告書の作成
・研究員、パートタイム技術員への指示、教育、マネージメント業務
