■業務内容
AIを活用して事業部内の業務効率化を実現し、組織の生産性を飛躍的に高める役割を担います。
・LLM関連サービスを活用した業務改善の提案・実装（Manus／MGV.DEV等）
・ドキュメント要約・翻訳・分析をAIサービスを活用して自動化
・社員へのAI活用トレーニング、ガイドライン作成
・業務プロセス改善策の企画・推進

AI戦略オフィス（AISO）は、Chief AI and Data Officer（CAIDO）直下の組織として、AI戦略の企画立案・実行を担います。市場インサイトの調査、AIプロダクト推進、組織横断的な連携が主な役割です。
