・電気コネクターの設計・開発
・UL、IEC、RoHSなどの業界標準・規制を遵守し、品質・安全ガイドラインに従った設計の実施
・設計レビューの主導および製品性能向上・コスト削減のための継続的改善活動への貢献
・テストデータの分析、リスク特定、設計改善提案の実施
・国際的なエンジニアリング・製造チームと連携（リモートや出張含む）し、電気コネクターの実現を推進
・品質保証チームと連携し、ISOやIPCなどの業界標準の遵守を確保

電気コネクターや関連部品の設計において10年以上の実務経験があること
電気工学の原理およびコネクター技術に関する実務経験
信号および電源のワイヤーtoワイヤー、ワイヤーtoボードアプリケーションに関する設計経験
コンセプトから生産までのプロジェクト完遂実績
分析的思考力、トラブルシューティング能力、問題解決能力
クロスファンクショナルなチーム環境での協働能力
フィリピン・日本への出張に対応可能な方
CADソフト（ZUKEN、Creoなど）の操作スキル
英語の高度なコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC 750点以上が目安）
