・国内外の不動産ファンドを中心としたプライベートアセットに関する機関投資家向けゲートキーパー業務
・国内外不動産ファンド（コア／バリューアッド／オポチュニスティック等）の投資戦略・リターンドライバー分析、モニタリング
・運用機関、運用体制、戦略・プロセス、ESG、契約条件の観点から、現地訪問/VCインタビューを含むDDを通じたレーティング付与
・上記レーティング付与と並行した定量・定性両面をふまえたデューデリジェンスレポートの作成
・金融機関、年金基金、大学基金など機関投資家向け報告書作成、プレゼンテーション対応
・海外拠点アナリストとの共同プロジェクト、現地調査
