1.経営計画・予算編成支援
・管轄地域における経営計画および計数予算の編成
・販社に対する予算策定支援とその進捗管理
2.業績管理と予実分析
・販社および代理店向けの売上・利益・経費・在庫・債権回収に関する予算の策定・実行・予実管理
・KPIに基づく販社のパフォーマンスモニタリング
3.情報収集・分析と経営支援
・管轄地域における社内外の情報収集と分析
・分析結果を販社およびBU部門へフィードバックし、経営判断や販売促進を支援
4.市場・競合動向分析と販売実績管理
・国別・チャネル別・セグメント別・製品別の販売実績、営業統計の把握と分析
・分析に基づく対策の立案・実行・フォローアップおよびその予実管理
5.関係部門との連携・調整
・国内外の販社、代理店、関係部門との連携・調整・折衝を通じて、売上・利益最大化を支援
6.監査対応と改善活動
・監査役監査、THQ経営監査室監査等への対応
・監査結果に基づく改善アクションの検討・実行
7.業務規程の管理と改定
・海外販社の業務規程の整備・改定・運用状況のモニタリング
・ガバナンス強化の観点からの規程見直しと適正運用の推進
