・新規薬効評価系の開発とそれを用いた薬効評価
・候補化合物の生物学的活性評価
・病態解明や新規作用標的探索に資する基礎的研究

・免疫疾患に関連した研究テーマや基礎的研究の立案ならびに推進
・専門知識・技術に基づいた研究員に対する指導・アドバイス

・優れた研究業績（論文・特許）を有する。
・創薬研究に対する意欲がある。
・海外での研究経験者が望ましい。
