■主な業務内容
大規模建設プロジェクトにおける調達活動のリード。勤務地は広島の建設現場で、プロジェクトコアチームの他メンバーと共に業務を行います。役割の約40％は商業面に関わり、残りの60％はプログラムおよびプロセスマネジメント、サプライヤーとの連携に充てられます。
【具体的な職務内容・タスク】
■商業・契約関連責任
・RFPおよび入札管理全般
・ビジネス獲得業者との契約条件の協議および最終決定
・契約後管理
・ビジネス獲得業者の契約履行管理
（スコアカードの提供含む）
■プログラムマネジメント責任
・プログラムマネージャーと連携し、コスト・スケジュール・パフォーマンスのタイムリーな報告を作成
・プロジェクトレベルの会議に参加し、プロジェクト履行状況に対する変化点、問題、施策について調達チームに報告
・プロジェクト後の主要な連絡窓口対応

・工学の学士号または同等の経験
・PMPおよび/またはRICS認定または同等資格が望ましい
・最小限の監督下ので業務遂行可能な強力なプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
・FIDIC契約を含む各種契約の経験
・大規模建設プロジェクトの建設経験
・MS Officeの熟練スキル
・高い分析力と優先順位付け能力
・日本語および英語の読み書き・会話能力
