・ローカル・グローバルの視点を持ちつつ、リーダーへ適宜報告
・組織ニーズに応じた専門プロジェクトの遂行や問題解決
・日本市場のニーズに柔軟に対応し、臨時案件も迅速に支援
・研修ニーズ分析を通じた効果的な研修企画・実施
