【職務内容】
■自社DDS技術及び共同研究開発テーマの企画、立案、推進
■外部との折衝、共同研究の推進
■マネジメント業務（メンバー、プロジェクト管理含む）
■中長期的事業戦略の立案、推進
■プロジェクトの構想、企画立案（競争的資金獲得、共同研究開発等）

・再生医療等製品、エクソソーム製剤の知見のある方
・遺伝子治療薬の知見のある方
・柔軟な思考で取り組める方
