複数職種・複数チームを横断するプロジェクトの立ち上げからリリースまでを主導
機能開発、マーケティング施策、技術改善など多岐にわたるプロジェクトを統括
プロダクトマネージャーと連携し、施策の優先順位や戦略的意思決定に関与
