職務内容
- 代謝性疾患領域における医療戦略の立案と実行
- 外部専門家との連携による臨床・非臨床研究の推進
- 日本市場に特化した医療コミュニケーションプランの策定
- 規制当局対応（PMDAとの協議、申請資料作成支援など）
- 市販後調査やリアルワールドエビデンスの活用
- グローバルチームとの連携による開発戦略の調整

Required Skills
- ライフサイエンス分野の修士号（必須）、MDまたはPhD（尚可）
- 肥満、糖尿病、肝疾患領域での臨床または研究経験（尚可）
- 外部専門家との連携経験、科学的な議論・交渉力
- 英語での業務遂行能力（CEFR B2以上推奨）
- 医薬品の上市経験、PMDA対応経験があれば尚可
