- グローバルなITインフラ変革プロジェクトの推進
- データセンターサービスのアーキテクチャ設計とプロダクトオーナーシップの確立
- 運用状況の管理とサービス品質・効率性の向上
- ビジネスパートナーやITチームとの連携による安定した運用モデルの構築
- プロジェクトの範囲、スケジュール、予算、品質の管理
