Job Description
วางแผน ดำเนินการ และบรรลุเป้าหมายด้านการขาย
เข้าพบลูกค้าประมาณ 3 รายต่อวัน
หาลูกค้าใหม่และพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
จัดทำใบเสนอราคาสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมันหล่อลื่น เอกสารแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ ข้อเสนอด้านมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VA) และข้อเสนอทางเทคนิค
จัดทำประมาณการยอดขาย ประสานงานคำสั่งซื้อ ปรับแผนการผลิต และดำเนินการตามสัญญา
บริหารจัดการลูกหนี้การค้า และสินค้าคงคลังที่เคลื่อนไหวช้า
ต้องสอบผ่าน ILAP ระดับ Basic ภายใน 1 ปี และระดับ Advanced ภายใน 3 ปีหลังจากเริ่มงาน
มีความสามารถด้านภาษาจีนในระดับธุรกิจ (จำเป็น)
มีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาไทยในระดับธุรกิจ (จำเป็น)
มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับน้ำมันหล่อลื่น
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับน้ำมันอุตสาหกรรมและโครงสร้างเครื่องจักร
มีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อกับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นและผู้บริหารระดับสูง พร้อมทั้งสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
สามารถจัดทำและดำเนินการรายงานบริการหลังการขาย
สามารถประสานงานกับบริษัทในเครือทั่วโลก
มีทักษะในการนำเสนอ การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสื่อสาร
มีความรู้ด้านการตลาด
เข้าใจกระบวนการผลิตและโครงสร้างเครื่องจักรในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และ HVAC
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายที่พิสูจน์ได้
