Job Description
Development of functional materials based on polyurethane, rubber, plastics and composites, and manufacture of products utilizing these materials contributing to a variety of fields closely related to a daily life such as automotive, two-wheeled vehicles, information technology equipment, housing and construction materials, and consumer products.
Job Title: Production Engineer
Business Type: Manufacturing & sales of various rubber hoses for automotive
Location: Wangnoi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya
Job Type: Monday-Friday, and 2-3 Saturdays/month, 08:00-17:00 hrs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and control schedule trial of new products in accordance with customer/requester requirements.
- Support the production department in the initial production trial to improve the production process to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Set work standards for the production department and keep them up to date.
- Solve problems from Reject meeting, New parts and others quality problems.
- Design the production process for maximize efficiency, reduce loss.
- Communication with internal and external for sharing information and improvement.
- Collaboration with internal to Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and improvement.
- Design the new parts trial conditions.
- Report progressive to Manager and top management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering or related filed.
- TOEIC 350 score or above
- Knowledge of Automotive Core tools.
- Computer skill such as Solidworks, AutoCAD
- Teamwork and Communication skills
