仕事内容：
管理部責任者として、以下業務を遂行いただきます。
【具体的には】
・利益・資金面を含む事業計画の策定
・振込業務の最終承認および資金管理
・日本本社への月次・週次報告（決算・QCDデータ）
・出張者の受け入れ・サポート対応
・管理部門全体の統括と業務改善の推進
・ローカルスタッフのマネジメント（6名ほど）

【必要条件】
■ 製造業管理部門でのマネジメント経験
■タイでの就業経験をお持ちの方
■日常会話レベル以上の英語力
