日本の大手菓子製造販売グループのタイ現地法人です。 主に洋菓子やパンの製造・販売事業を展開しています。
販売マネージャーとして複数店舗の管理業務全般、売上向上に向けた戦略立案等を行っていただきます。
仕事内容：
販売マネージャーとして店舗管理業務全般を行っていただきます。
【具体的には】
■予算・目標管理。全体の売上、人件費、経費などの予算策定と進捗管理。
■実際に店舗に足を運び、販売戦略やマーケティング計画を策定。
■戦略の実行。各店舗の状況に合わせて戦略を具体的に落とし込み、実行を徹底する。
■データ分析。各店舗の販売実績、顧客データ、在庫状況などを分析し、問題点や成長機会を特定し、改善策を立案。

■タイ語日常会話レベルでお話し可能な方
■主体性が高く、自ら課題を発見し、仕組みづくりを推進できる方
■現場主義を尊重し、事実に基づいた提案・改善ができる方
【歓迎条件】
■販売マネージャー経験をお持ちの方
■将来的にカントリーマネージャーとしてのキャリアを志向している方
