日系レストランブランドにて、ロサンゼルスおよびニューヨーク店舗それぞれで、GMまたはAGMとして1名ずつ採用予定です。
ご経験や適性に応じてポジションが決定されます。
日々の店舗運営、顧客対応、チームマネジメントを通じて、高いサービス・衛生基準の維持を担っていただきます。
職務内容
General Manager (GM)
- 店舗運営全般の管理
- 顧客満足の向上とクレーム対応
- 食材・備品の在庫管理、コスト管理、業者対応
- 採用・研修・評価などの人材管理
- 衛生・安全基準の遵守
- 本社との連携による運営戦略の策定
Assistant General Manager (AGM)
- GMの補佐として店舗運営・チーム管理を担当
- 営業スケジュールや報告業務の管理
- 在庫・コスト管理の補助
- シフト作成や基本的な人事業務
- サービス品質・顧客満足の向上
- 設備・機器の維持管理
応募要件
- 飲食業界での経験必須
- マネジメント経験は不問（あれば尚可）
- コミュニケーション力・リーダーシップ力
- スピード感のある環境での対応力
- ロサンゼルス勤務は日本語必須、ニューヨーク勤務は日本語不問

給与
AGM：年収 USD 70,000〜75,000（Exempt）
GM：年収 USD 80,000〜85,000（Exempt）
