店舗運営全体を支える重要なポジションで、ゼネラルマネージャーの直属として、調理品質・衛生管理・チーム運営を担っていただくお仕事です。
職務内容
- キッチンの日常業務の管理（開店・閉店対応、報告書作成など）
- 接客基準の指導およびクレーム対応
- 衛生・安全基準の遵守と環境整備
- 食材・備品の在庫管理、発注、コスト管理
- 調理・保存方法の管理と品質維持
- 設備・機器の点検とメンテナンス
- 採用・研修・シフト管理・評価などの人事業務
- 他部署との連携および業務改善提案

- 飲食業界でのマネジメント経験
- 食品衛生・在庫管理の知識
- リーダーシップとチーム運営能力
- 顧客対応力と柔軟な対応力
- 和食の知識があれば尚可
- 英語ビジネスレベル（日本語スキルがあれば尚可）
