Überblick
Unser Kunde steht für erstklassige Energieverteilung und -versorgung mit maßgeschneiderten Lösungen. Für die Instandhaltung wird ein Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 h/w) vor Ort in Mannheim gesucht.
Aufgaben
Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Instandhaltungsprozesse zur Steigerung von Verfügbarkeit und Effizienz.
Entwicklung und Umsetzung präventiver Instandhaltungskonzepte (Wartungspläne, Lifecycle-Analysen, Condition Monitoring, Predictive Maintenance).
Einführung und Pflege eines KPI‑Systems zur Messung und Steuerung der Instandhaltungsleistung.
Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten zur Effizienzsteigerung und Kostensenkung im Instandhaltungsbereich.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering und externen Dienstleistern für reibungslose Instandhaltungsabläufe.
Schulung und Unterstützung des Instandhaltungsteams bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und digitaler Tools (z. B. CMMS, SAP PM).
Strategische Planung der Ersatzteilversorgung und des Ersatzteilmanagements.
Qualifikationen
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt präventive oder zustandsbasierte Instandhaltung (TPM, Lean, Predictive Maintenance)
Technische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar (Techniker, Ingenieur, Meister)
Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Instandhaltungsprozesse und Tools (Wartungsplanung, CMMS/SAP PM, Condition Monitoring)
Erfahrung in Prozessanalyse und Optimierung, z. B. mit Lean‑Methoden, PDCA, FMEA, FMECA
Analytisches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denken
Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP von Vorteil)
Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Schulung von Mitarbeitern
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
