Project Manager – Luxury Hospitality & Lifestyle Projects
 

• Drive end-to-end project execution for hospitality initiatives, from concept to delivery.
• Liaise across internal teams—design, sourcing, logistics—and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Translate creative briefs into actionable plans, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee product development cycles including sampling, costing, and approvals.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.

What You Bring

• Degree-qualified with experience in project management, product development, or procurement—ideally in hospitality, luxury retail, or design.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is highly advantageous, and Japanese is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital tools including project management platforms and CRM systems.
• A genuine appreciation for luxury, design, and curated guest experiences.
