Job Title: Finance Manager

The Singapore office serves as the regional hub for its industrial business, focusing on high-performance materials and manufacturing solutions for automotive and electronics applications. The team here plays a strategic role in driving innovation and supporting growth across Asia.
Your New Role
Lead and manage a small finance and operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and alignment with regional goals.
Oversee external accounting service providers, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely submissions.
Drive month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Asia to support operational efficiency and business growth.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting accuracy.
Key Qualifications for Success
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or operations, preferably within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
Proven track record in leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working with external accounting firms or managing outsourced finance functions.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and regional regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage, given the regional business context.
Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
