【業務内容】
工場長として工場全体の管理統括をお任せします。
・日系顧客からの技術、納期確認等問い合わせ対応
・各部門長との連携（タイ人リーダーと協業）
・製造工程の品質管理サポート
・顧客対応（品質課題発生時の訪問、技術的説明）

【歓迎スキル】
・工場長のご経験もしくは準ずるご経験
