Join a top global pharmaceutical company and provide strategic leadership in Facilities and Site Operations across multiple sites in Japan. As Senior Manager Facilities & Site Operations, you will lead key projects, ensure compliance with GMP standards, and drive excellence in service delivery. This is a high-impact role where you will oversee complex operations, manage budgets, and enhance operational efficiency in a dynamic, international environment.
Lead and manage the Tokyo Depot project, ensuring successful execution under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.
Oversee Depot Site Operations, maintaining strict GMP compliance.
Measure and improve the performance of site services and contracts to achieve operational excellence.
Supervise service providers, mitigating potential risks by maintaining a monthly risk register and escalating issues to the Head of FM Operations when necessary.
Maintain and manage the Facilities & Operations budgets for Japan, ensuring effective cost control.

必須条件経験・資格:
Proven experience managing facilities across multiple sites.
Strong track record in managing capital projects while ensuring EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance.
Hands-on experience in GMP environments.
Safety Certification and EHS Certification.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.
Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creative and innovative mindset with a strong grasp of facilities-related technologies.
Ability to deliver excellence in facilities operations, projects, and real estate management.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of introducing innovative solutions in facilities management.
