• 供給計画の管理：供給パラメータ設定や需要変動分析を通じてグローバル供給計画を作成すること
• コマーシャル側との連携：需要と供給のバランスを調整し、在庫不足や過剰在庫が発生しないようにすること
• 補充プロセスの監督：海外サプライヤーと連携し、優先順位を設定すること
• 在庫レベルのモニタリング：スロームービング・不良在庫を分析して改善アクションプランを策定すること
• レポーティング：予算・在庫トレンドレポートの作成やKPIレポートの出力など

Join a globally recognized beauty company as a Supply Planner, where you will ensure product availability, optimize supply chain costs, and manage inventory levels while aligning supply and demand across international markets. • Manage supply planning by setting supply parameters and analyzing demand variations to create a global supply plan
• Align demand and supply, working with commercial teams to address low or excess stock situations
• Oversee supply execution, including the replenishment process and collaboration with overseas suppliers to set priorities
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze slow-moving or obsolete products, and define action plans to meet objectives
• Build budget and stock trend reports and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective reporting

必須条件 経験・資格：

• サプライチェーン・プランニング経験3〜5年以上（特に供給または生産領域）
• プレゼンテーション・スキル
• 分析力
• 戦略的思考能力+戦略を実行に移す力
  

• 階層を問わず効果的にコミュニケーションをとれる、優れた対人スキル
• 状況に応じて新たな解決策を提案できる主体性、柔軟な発想

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

• SAP経験があれば尚可
• 数字に強い方（理数系出身者歓迎）

• 3-5 years in supply chain planning, particularly in supply or production
• SAP experience is a plus

• Strong presentation and analytical skills
• Balance of strategic thinking and attention to detail in execution

• Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels of the organization
• Proactive and innovative approach to generating ideas and solutions

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or a scientific field

• Japanese: Fluent level
• English: Business level

• Strong numerical skills with a background in engineering, mathematics, or science
• Proven ability in planning and inventory management within FMCG or beauty industry
