A leading global financial institution is seeking a Compliance Officer at the Associate to Associate Director level. In this role, you will cover a wide scope of compliance functions, including advisory, monitoring, testing, and regulatory interaction. • Provide compliance advisory across business lines, ensuring operations align with regulatory requirements.

必須条件経験:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in legal or compliance functions within financial institutions.

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask effectively.

• Japanese: Native level (required for internal and external communication).
• English: Intermediate to Business level (regulatory reporting and global team communication).

• Experience with compliance monitoring, testing, or advisory in investment banking or asset management.
• Exposure to international compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both regulators and internal stakeholders.
