不動産ファイナンスに関するエージェンシー業務を担うミドルオフィスのポジションです。既存案件の管理から新規取引のサポート、社内外との調整業務まで幅広く担当。東京拠点のFCS部門に所属し、グローバルな案件に携わることができます。

職務内容
- 不動産ファイナンス案件におけるエージェンシー業務（契約条件管理、情報フロー対応など）
- 既存ポートフォリオのモニタリング（担保、キャッシュ、アカウント管理）
- 新規案件の実行支援（ドキュメントレビュー、口座開設、社内調整）
- 各種レポート作成（資産状況、収益性など）
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの連携（営業、財務、クライアント、レンダー等）
- オペレーショナルリスクの管理と報告

- 欧米チームとの協働経験があれば尚可
