職務内容
- ICP-MSを中心とした新製品開発および既存製品の改良
- 顧客ニーズと市場分析に基づいた性能改善・機能向上の提案・実装
- 製品開発計画の策定・評価・信頼性検証
- 他部署（開発・製造・営業・サービス）との連携による製品導入サポート
- 技術報告書作成、学会発表、顧客向け技術支援
- 若手エンジニアの育成・技術指導
