品質保証CSチームの一員として、社外からの品質情報の収集・評価・対応を通じて製品品質の向上を推進します。リモート勤務を活用しつつ、GQP/QMS省令に基づいた品質システムの構築・改善にも携わる柔軟な働き方が可能です。

- 社外からの品質情報（苦情・問い合わせ等）の収集、調査、評価、是正指示、顧客対応
- 品質情報の分析・評価を通じた製品品質の改善・向上
- 社内関連部門との連携による適正使用の啓発活動
- 品質情報に関する品質システムの構築・維持・改善
