業務内容
- IPOに向けた全社プロジェクトマネジメント
- 内部統制・J-SOX体制の整備と文書化支援
- IR準備・開示体制の構築（想定質問集の整備等）
- 経営会議・取締役会の運営支援、議事録作成
- 主要業務プロセスの棚卸・業務設計
- 外部アドバイザー（監査法人、証券会社、弁護士等）との連携

想定年収：6,000,000円～7,500,000円
月給：500,000円～625,000円

- 公認会計士・USCPAなどの資格保有者
