仕事内容
ニュース証券株式会社は、独立系の証券会社として、アジア市場を中心に成長を続けています。現在、次世代型のWeb3・暗号資産・FX関連ビジネスを立ち上げるフェーズにあり、金融×テクノロジーの融合による新たな金融サービスを共に構築できるメンバーを募集しています。新規事業の立ち上げに伴う、IT開発プロジェクト全般の企画・推進・管理をお任せします。
主な業務内容：
- Web3・FX領域における新規プロダクトの企画・要件定義・実装推進
- 社内外の開発ベンダー・システム部門との調整・プロジェクト進行管理
- インフラ、アプリ、セキュリティ領域の技術的検討およびリスク管理
- 経営層や関連部署への進捗報告、課題整理・提案
- 金融庁等の規制要件・監査対応に関するIT面での支援
- 海外拠点との業務

Required Skills
必須要件：
- システム開発・導入におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験（3年以上）
- 金融機関（証券／銀行／FX／暗号資産など）またはSIerでの金融系PJ経験
- 複数ステークホルダー（経営層・外部ベンダー等）との調整能力
- 母国語レベルの日本語
歓迎要件：
- Web3／ブロックチェーン技術への理解・関心
- 証券業界・金融取引システム（FX・信用取引等）の業務知識
- 新規事業やスタートアップフェーズでの経験
- クラウド環境（AWS／GCP／Azureなど）での開発・運用経験
- 大手コンサルファームでの就業経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
