Job Description
Roles And responsibilities:
Operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure comprising 110 KV and 11 KV substations, diesel generator (DG) sets, solar power systems, compressors, boilers, air conditioning (AC) units, blowers, pumps, and industrial furnaces.
Ensuring stringent adherence to ISO audit requirements and standards.
Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting of utility equipment issues to optimise uptime and minimise operational disruptions.
Implementing and monitoring initiatives focused on energy conservation and cost reduction across plant operations.
Leading and executing predictive and preventive maintenance programmes to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of equipment.
Contributing to continuous improvement endeavours pertaining to energy management and electrical utility operations.
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and statutory regulations, including upkeep of requisite licenses and permits.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide utility support for manufacturing and operational activities.
