Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Promote semiconductor, electronic, polymer, and infrastructure materials to customers.
- Conduct customer visits for product presentations, approvals, and business development.
- Provide application-based solutions in coordination with global engineering/sales teams.
- Offer technical support and manage sample requests and documentation.
- Coordinate with overseas factories for delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Handle backend sales operations including ERP tasks, quotations, invoicing, and export control.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and customer forecasting with department leadership.
- Conduct market analysis and participate in seminars and customer engagements.
