Skills -
Tooling related kaizens
Tooling cost reduction
Job material selection
Job Responsibilities:
Tooling maintenance standard documents
5s and safety practices
Hands on experience in tool maintenance
Jig and Fixtures knowledge
Operation of lathe, DRO, Milling and surface grinding machines
Basic of AutoCAD
Different kinds of Clams and joints usage
Various kinds of machining knowledge
Costing of materials and related process
Raw materials and properties
Basic of sensers and interlock
