Job Description
JACの顧客企業が資材計画・原価管理スーパーバイザーのポジションを募集しています。
生産計画に基づいた資材の調達・供給を最適化し、原価の管理・分析を通じてコスト効率の高い生産体制を構築する。
主な業務内容
- 生産計画に基づく資材の需要予測と調達スケジュールの策定
- 資材計画・部品表管理のプロセス策定
- 部品在庫管理
- 購買オーダーの確認及び部材発注管理（納期・品質・数量等）
- BOM管理
- 部品設計変更管理
- 生産高の予算実行管理（年次/月次）
原価管理
- 生産高の予算実行管理（年次/月次）
- 製品別の原価構成（材料費・人件費・製造間接費など）の分析
- 会計部門と連携し、原価計算および年次/月次原価報告の作成
- 在庫予算、実行計画の管理
- 予算策定および実績との比較分析
- 原価の変動要因の特定と改善提案
- 工場原価の策定と管理、シミュレーション、原価ストラクチャー策定と改善
応募資格・必要条件
年齢：28～45歳
性別：女性
大卒
資材計画管理実務経験あり
工場原価、生産高管理の実務経験あり
QCD管理（品質・コスト・納期）の実務担当経験あり
日本語N3以上
英語コミュニケーションできる方
