Main Duties and Responsibilities
- นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้าทั้งรายใหม่และรายเดิม
- ให้คำแนะนำและข้อมูลทางเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการ
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- ติดตามผลการขายและประเมินความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการดำเนินงาน
- ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายอื่น ๆ และแผนกภายในองค์กร
- รับฟังความคิดเห็นจากลูกค้าและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ผู้บริหาร ฝ่ายผลิต หรือฝ่ายวางแผนการตลาด
- วิเคราะห์ตลาดเพื่อหาโอกาสในการขยายฐานลูกค้า และสร้างโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ
- อธิบายรายละเอียดของผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการ และโปรโมชั่นต่าง ๆ ให้กับลูกค้าอย่างชัดเจน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Required Knowledge and Skills
ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ / สาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งวิศวกรฝ่ายซ่อมในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบ IATF16949 และ ISO 14001
สามารถสื่อสาร อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้า การคิดอย่างมีระบบ และมีความกระตือรือร้นมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน รวมถึงมีความคล่องตัวในการทำงาน
มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
มีทักษะด้านการเขียนและเรียบเรียงข้อมูลทางเทคนิคทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ และสามารถนำเสนอผลงานและรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้าได้
