Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Factory Engineer to lead process optimization and technical support in our latex-based manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve chemical processes in latex compounding, dispersion, extrusion, and drying/vulcanization to enhance efficiency and product consistency.
• Oversee production parameters to ensure stable operations and high-quality rubber thread output.
• Collaborate with QA teams to maintain product specifications, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Innovate and test new formulations to improve product performance, stability, and cost-effectiveness; evaluate and introduce new raw materials or chemicals.
• Provide hands-on support to production teams, troubleshoot latex/chemical-related issues, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of process data, test results, and material usage; prepare technical reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

   

   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in latex or rubber-based manufacturing (e.g., rubber threads, gloves, latex foams).
• Proven leadership experience managing factory teams of 20+ personnel.
• Strong technical knowledge in polymer chemistry, latex compounding, process engineering, and chemical safety standards.
• Familiarity with thermic oil boilers, industrial ovens, heat recovery systems, and wastewater treatment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with a data-driven mindset focused on efficiency and cost savings.
