Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the ACMV design team to ensure efficient and precise development of design packages.
• Validate engineering drawings, calculations, and related technical documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to facilitate design approvals and coordination.
• Ensure all designs adhere to project requirements, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
• Offer expert advice throughout procurement, installation, and commissioning stages.
• Troubleshoot design challenges and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Drive initiatives for design optimization and value engineering.

• Compile and present technical reports to stakeholders and project teams.

   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in ACMV design engineering, including 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC/ACMV systems, including system design, load analysis, and equipment selection.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and statutory regulations.

• Proficiency in relevant design software and engineering tools.
