職務内容
- ブランド戦略に基づいたデジタルマーケティング戦略の策定・実行
- メディア運用、コンテンツ管理、デジタルアセットの統括
- デジタル変革の推進（アジャイルマインドの浸透）
- グローバル・リージョナル・ローカルチームとの連携強化
- チームメンバー（1名直下、3名間接）の育成とマネジメント
- パフォーマンスデータを基にした戦略の最適化
- マーケティング部門全体への貢献と業務プロセスの改善
