職務内容
- ECキーアカウントチームのマネジメントと成長支援
- オンラインチャネルにおける営業戦略の策定と実行
- デジタル商品陳列や顧客コンバージョンの最適化
- ブランド基準に沿った「完璧なオンラインストア」の推進
- 顧客との商談・交渉を週2〜3日現場でサポート
- データやレポート分析に基づくチームの育成・改善
- マーケティング・営業との部門連携・施策の共有
- 内部コミュニケーションや業務管理の最適化
