• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to the retail industry.
• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and report on key metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Tokyo and beyond.
