Job Description
【ポイント】
・日本に本社がありますが工場機能はなく、実質タイ拠点がマザー工場となります。
・在籍する日本人の内、およそ7割がタイの方と結婚し、タイ在住歴も10年以上を超えた方ばかりです。
【業務内容】
1.製造部（CNC旋盤製造管理） →旋盤加工技術力の向上
＜具体的には＞
・機械のセットアップ～メンテナンス等の加工工程における技術指導
・品質対策、原価低減等の諸活動
・プロジェクト管理や製造現場、部下のマネジメントなど
2.技術部 →工程設計、製造プロセスの効率化と最適化
＜具体的には＞
・試作品の作りこみ
・工程の見直しや改良
・プロジェクト管理や部下マネジメントなど
